			<description><![CDATA[Ok I found this application on the iphone. Basically it turns your most stupendous clips into an even more stupid 'silent film'.  
 
This is not video-editing as it does it all by itself. 
 
Still the outcome is THAT stupid, that it became funny again. Knowing that the clips in original format were far from being funny or even interesting(and recorded with that purpose even).

So a few changes for the next round will be happening, and this is probably the best place to cover them since things tend to get lost in the forums. They are as follows:<ol style="list-style-type: decimal"><li>Bank transfers are gone. We know the argument for and against transfer, but the time came to remove bank transfers to try and reward the most active players. The reason for this change is two-fold. The first being the elimination of the urge to cheat. It’s unfair to leave something out there like bank transfers to lure players into taking that extra step right into a trap (yes we catch these all the time). The second reason is the fact that every player should be able to stand on their own 2 feet. Your accomplishments and failures are yours. If you’re at the top of the players list…it’s because you earned it! No asterisk to define the accomplishment. This is a tough game to learn and an even tougher game to master. On the downside, we will lose a few players that were acting as bank accounts, and it sucks to see them go...but we can;t hold back the progress of the game for a counter-productive part of the game. This is a war game! Get to fighting’ or go play <a href="http://www.girlgamesnow.com/game/ducky_dress_up.html" target="_blank">Something more your Speed</a>.<br /></li>
<li>Bank Interest Rates have changed. This is a minor shift that may play a major impact into the next game. For this round we will be very heavy on the interest for players who are…well…broke. For the player coming in mid-round, and for that player that “see’s red. Fights. Goes broke” we will be making this change for them. <br />
<br />
So what’s the change…<br />
…The interest rate is 10% for the first 5000 geos, 7.5% for the next 5000 geos, 5% for the next 10000 geos, 2.5% for the next 20,000 geos and 0.01% for the rest. The numbers may change as we get more feedback from coders/admins, but that’s what they look like now. <br /></li>
<li>Bank cap. Wait…what did he say? Yeah there will be a bank cap this round as well. In all honesty, there has always been a bank capacity, but it will be lower this round then in previous rounds (mainly to test the feature).  The amount will change the longer the round goes on, but it is initially set to 500,000 geos (with #1 &amp; #2 above…you’ll have trouble hitting that).<br /></li>
<li>Hall of Fame Page. Not really a big change, but the first time we have officially rewarded players for playing hard…within the game…to be remembered forever. Right now it is just a few lists, but in time it will grow...this is just a first step.<br /></li>
<li>Rewarding top players. When it comes time to reset again we will see who killed the most experience. Those people will be rewarded for the next round. Not sure what the rewards will be, but we will make it worth their while. We are still discussing this as a team, but I’m sure something hopefully and substantial will come out of those discussions. </li>
</ol><br />
A few changes we are working on...<ol style="list-style-type: decimal"><li>We will be working on some better ways to feed statistics to the players, and a score system for this version. You will start to see a body counter and kill ratio in Your Account or your Mainpage (the first page you see in the game).  We still have some work to do here, but things are coming along at a good pace.</li>
<li>Statistics for each city…if possible. We will be looking to include a death toll for the deadliest cities and possible work “holding that city” into the score eq.</li>
<li>We are also working on a way to better communicate what we (the coders) are doing, what you (the players) have requested, where certain feature requests stand, and better ways to communicate bugs from within the system…I hate help desk. More to follow on that, but I consider this piece almost mandatory for all of us to remain sane and civil when discussing the future of the site.</li>
</ol><br />
We are trying to get to army split and army intercept, but very little progress has been made.<br />
